Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret complex datasets to support academic and operational goals.
  • Create and manage interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.
  • Work closely with academic and administrative teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting and analysis activities.
  • Maintain regular reports and assist in ad-hoc data requests from management.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve internal processes.
  • Document processes and maintain data workflows for transparency and repeatability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of professional experience as a data analyst or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to present data in a clear and concise manner for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Additional Information:

  • Location is well-connected via metro (near Millennium City Center, Gurugram).
  • Compensation for working on Saturdays will be provided as per company policy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
