Overview The Data Analyst position at Intellohire is crucial for leveraging data to drive business decisions and optimize strategies. Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
  • Internship experience in a data analyst or similar role.
  • Proficient in SQL and data querying.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is great to have.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Understanding of statistical methods and data modeling.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
  • Ability to communicate complex data findings to a non-technical audience.
  • Familiarity with database management and data warehousing concepts.
  • Experience in conducting A/B testing and experimental design.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Excel and spreadsheet analysis.
  • Knowledge of machine learning techniques is a plus.
