We're looking for a Data Analyst who can turn raw data into clear, actionable insights that drive smarter business decisions. You'll work closely with multiple teams to track performance, identify trends, and bring clarity through data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, insights, and performance metrics.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management and cross-functional teams.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Excel, or Google Data Studio.
  • Track KPIs, operational performance, and business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with teams across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance for data-driven decisions.
  • Perform data validation, cleaning, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
  • Support automation of reporting processes and performance tracking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts).
  • Working knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Google Data Studio.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
