Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Data Analyst to join our team at Pearce Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets from multiple sources to support strategic business decisions. Prior experience working with or supporting FP&A teams is highly desirable.

This role involves close collaboration with Financial Analysts, Finance Managers, Reporting Analysts, and Data Engineers, and will act as a liaison between various stakeholders. The successful candidate should be a proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use Power BI, Snowflake, Salesforce and Excel to create interactive reports to support key business decisions.
  • Build Data Models and perform EDA using SQL in Snowflake and Power BI.
  • Maintain Team's Power BI Workspace for Data Sanity and ensure Data Governance principles are applied throughout.
  • Deliver data pull requests from sources like Power BI, Snowflake, Salesforce, NetSuite and Workday Adaptive Planning.
  • Build data reporting processes to support FP&A Team's day-to-day operations.
  • Automate existing manual FP&A processes by building solutions to integrate data from cloud warehouse to Workday Adaptive Planning.
  • Build reports/reporting solutions using Office Connect in Excel.
  • Develop and maintain end-to-end data solutions for the FP&A team.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics or Mathematics.
  • 1-3 years of experience with Data Analysis and Data Visualization.
  • Experience working with Cloud Data warehouses like Snowflake or BigQuery and Data Visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau and CRM tools like Salesforce or SAP and ERP tool like NetSuite and EPM tool Workday Adaptive Planning.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
