Roles and responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for telecom customers, ensuring accurate assistance and excellent service.
  • Identify customer needs and effectively upsell telecom products and services to meet sales targets.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions while adhering to quality and compliance guidelines.
  • Meet performance goals while working in rotational shifts, including night and graveyard schedules.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent English verbal communication skills.
  • Strong upselling experience or sales knowledge in an international voice setup.
  • 6 months to 4 year of experience in an international voice process (preferably telecom or sales).
  • Candidates with domestic process experience will not be considered.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹24, ₹32,000.00 per month
