Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to provide exceptional service to our international clientele. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries via multiple channels (voice, email, chat) and resolving complex issues efficiently. This role requires working in rotational shifts and handling the US/UK voice process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.
  • Handle international voice process calls (US/UK) with a high level of fluency in English.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to effectively address complex issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless and timely resolution of customer complaints.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a BPO/Call Centre environment, specifically handling an International Voice Process (US/UK).
  • Communication: Fluent English language proficiency (both verbal and written) is mandatory.
  • Education: Any Graduate
  • Flexibility: Must be willing and able to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, as per business requirements.
  • Both Side Cab Facility
