Novaphene Specialties Pvt. Ltd. (
) is a manufacturer of specialty chemicals. The key verticals within the company are personal care, specialty chemicals and pharmaceutical intermediates. We have 4 manufacturing location in Maharashtra and Gujarat with head office in Mumbai. We focus on Niche products and 75% of our revenue is from exports.
Experience :-
2-3Years in a similar role. Experience in technical sales, business development or internal sales is helpful. Understanding of the cosmetics industry is preferred.
Qualification :-
B.Tech OR M.Tech Cosmetic
Key Requirement :-
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, resourceful person who is a team player.
- Customer-first approach
- Good understanding of the personal care / Beauty/ Cosmetics industry
Job Description :-
- Drive sales, marketing, and customer relations with personal care & cosmetics manufacturers and distributors globally.
- Serve as a single point of contact from inquiry to dispatch.
- Follow up with clients, prepare quotations, and maintain sales reports (monthly/quarterly/yearly).
- Track sales by product and key accounts.
- Identify and develop new distributors globally.
- Assist in pricing strategy for distributors, OEMs, and end users.
- Represent company in domestic & international trade shows and client visits.
- Monitor market trends and suggest new products to R&D.
- Maintain customer records in SAP/CRM; manage prospect databases.
- Support with sales documents, presentations, and export documentation.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
