Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Sales Engineer, located in Mumbai. The Technical Sales Engineer will play a key role in facilitating the sales process by combining technical expertise and customer interaction. Responsibilities include providing technical insights during client consultations, delivering product demonstrations and technical presentations, supporting the sales team in offering customized solutions, and troubleshooting any client-specific technical challenges. The role bridges technical knowledge and customer needs to drive product adoption and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering
  • Experience in providing Technical Support and troubleshooting
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing activities
  • Background in Sales, with the ability to understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively manage client relationships
  • Experience in the cloud solutions or IT industry is a plus
