Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales & Marketing Manager, based in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The role involves managing technical sales, building and maintaining client accounts, providing technical support, and driving sales performance. The individual will also oversee customer service functions to ensure client satisfaction and support company objectives. Additional responsibilities include developing strategies to expand market reach and collaborating with technical and marketing teams for growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Sales and Sales strategies to drive growth and achieve targets
- Experience in Account Management for building client relationships and maintaining long-term partnerships
- Strong skills in providing Technical Support to address customer needs and ensure product understanding
- Customer Service expertise for delivering superior client experiences and resolving inquiries effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in Maharashtra, India
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Industry experience in technology-based energy solutions is a plus
