We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Industrial Instrument Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in technical sales, particularly in the industrial instrumentation domain, and will be responsible for managing client accounts, generating leads, and closing sales deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular sales visits and customer meetings across Mumbai to promote Mecord's range of industrial instruments and solutions.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial segments like manufacturing, R&D, power, and process industries.
  • Identify and pursue new customers through field visits, cold calls, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, engineers, and procurement teams.
  • Provide technical presentations, product demos, and consultations to clients.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, visit logs.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the company.
  • Handle inbound inquiries, prepare technical and commercial quotations, and coordinate with OEMs.
  • Collaborate internally and with principals for pricing, product updates, and delivery schedules.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Education:
     Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical, or related engineering discipline.
  • Experience:
     2–3 years of proven sales experience in industrial instruments or related technical products.
  • Technical Knowledge:
     Familiarity with sensors, probes, calibration equipment, and related instrumentation products.
  • Skills:
     Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly within Mumbai and nearby industrial areas for client visits.
