Role Description

The Senior Sales Manager is a full-time on-site position located in IMT Manesar, Gurgaon. The role involves Building, leading and managing sales teams to achieve organizational goals, developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying and building relationships with key clients in the hospitality industry, and expanding the company's market presence domestically and internationally. The Senior Sales Manager will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, preparing sales forecasts, mentoring team members, and ensuring customer satisfaction with the company's products and services.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills with expertise in establishing customer relationships and achieving sales targets
  • Proficiency in crafting and implementing sales strategies, market research, and competitive analysis
  • Understanding of the hospitality sector and familiarity with Food Service Display products
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills for identifying and acting on market opportunities
  • Ability to work on-site in New Delhi and travel as required for client meetings
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
  • Experience in international sales or working with global clients is an advantage
