Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Sales Manager based in New Delhi. In this role, the Senior Sales Manager will strategize and implement sales initiatives to meet organizational goals. Responsibilities include managing a team of sales professionals, setting and achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and overseeing customer service excellence. The individual will also train and mentor the sales team, monitor performance, and contribute to the continuous development of growth strategies.

  • Strategic thinking, leadership qualities, and a results-driven mindset
  • Proficiency in crafting and executing effective sales plans to maximize revenue
  • Prior experience in the fintech industry is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
