Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Commercial, located in Chennai. The Head of Commercial will oversee and manage the commercial strategy of the company, including business planning, team management, and financial oversight. Daily tasks include analyzing market trends, developing and implementing commercial strategies, managing commercial operations, and leading a team to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Business Planning and Commercial Management skills
- Excellent Analytical Skills
- Experience in Team Management and leadership
- Proficiency in Finance and financial oversight
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Experience in the manufacturing or global enterprise sector is beneficial
