About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Head Vehicle Finance to lead our Used LCV (Light Commercial Vehicle) business segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing collections, and ensuring operational excellence across regions. This leadership role requires strong expertise in vehicle finance with a proven track record in both business development and collections, preferably from an NBFC background.
Key Responsibilities
Business Strategy & Growth:
- Develop and implement strategies to scale up used LCV finance business.
- Identify market opportunities, expand distribution channels, and achieve business targets.
- Collections & Portfolio Management
- Lead the collections strategy to ensure healthy portfolio quality.
- Minimize NPAs and strengthen recovery processes.
Leadership & Team Management
- Manage and mentor regional and branch business teams.
- Drive performance-oriented culture while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Stakeholder & Market Engagement
- Build strong dealer, channel partner, and market relationships.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (Credit, Risk, Operations, Compliance) for smooth execution.
Process & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
- Establish strong monitoring and governance mechanisms.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 10–15 years of experience in vehicle finance with specialization in used LCV segment.
- Strong exposure to business development and collections in NBFCs.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining asset quality.
- Leadership skills with ability to manage large teams and multi-regional operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
