The company also offers KPO services, providing various kinds of data processing for the BFSI sector.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Head located in Chennai. The Project Head will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of project execution, including planning, budgeting, coordination, and completion within scope, timeline, and cost constraints. Day-to-day tasks include leading project teams, communicating with stakeholders, ensuring resource availability, and managing project documentation. The individual will also troubleshoot and resolve any project issues, ensuring efficient and timely project delivery.

Qualifications

  • Project Management, Planning, and Budgeting skills
  • Team Leadership and Coordination, Resource Management skills
  • Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management skills
  • Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Chennai
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Drive digital transformation, including digitization of physical documents.
  • 8–12 years of project/operations leadership experience.
  • Proven expertise in digitalization and transformation of workflows.
