Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Project Head-Interiors. The Project Head-Interiors will oversee and manage interior projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet aesthetic, functional, and budgetary requirements. They will collaborate with architects, designers, and clients, coordinate with contractors, manage project timelines, and ensure quality standards are maintained. The role involves comprehensive project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • B.E.,Civil.,

  • Must be having 15 + Yrs experience in the Interior field.

  • Must be having the Interior projects execution skills and BOQ skills.

  • Strong in the Project Scheduling and BOQ updation Skills.

-Strong in the project management, budgeting, and resource allocation skills.

  • Experience in working with and leading a team of Interior project managers / engineers.

-Ability to collaborate with architects, designers, and clients.

  • Familiarity with Carpenter team sourcing and coordination skills, Understanding of fall ceiling works, Interior bedrooms, wardrobes and TV unit fixing skills.

  • Quality control techniques and experiences.

  • Familiarity with the Drawings and Scheduling of Projects.

  • Decision making skills and sound knoweldge in Interiors.

  • Experience with AutoCAD and other relevant software a plus.

-Tamil and English Fluency Must.

  • Ready to travel.
