Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with 3-4
years of experience in the furniture or interiors industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible
for building and nurturing client relationships, driving new business opportunities, and ensuring
a seamless showroom experience for prospective customers.
Key Responsibilities:
● Identify and connect with potential clients, including interior designers, architects,
developers, and homeowners.
● Handle showroom walk-ins, engage with clients, understand their requirements, and
provide customized solutions.
● Generate and follow up on new business inquiries through networking, referrals, and
proactive outreach.
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
and referrals.
● Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and business opportunities.
● Collaborate with the design and operations team to ensure smooth execution of client
projects.
● Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.
● Maintain a structured sales pipeline and report progress to management.
Requirements:
● 3-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations within the
furniture, interiors, or allied industries.
● Strong networking skills with the ability to build long-term business relationships.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Ability to handle showroom operations and engage clients professionally.
● Proactive and self-motivated with a target-driven approach..
● Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting.
