Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Head – Corporate Resource Centre at IMS Noida. The Head will be responsible for developing and maintaining corporate relations, coordinating placements and internships, organizing training programs, and managing corporate consultancy projects. The role involves strategic planning, team supervision, and collaborating with faculty and staff to enhance student employability and industry engagement.

Qualifications

  • Strong Corporate Relations and Networking skills
  • Experience in Placement Coordination and Internship Management
  • Expertise in Organizing Training Programs and Corporate Consultancy Projects
  • Excellent Strategic Planning and Team Supervision abilities
  • Effective Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • High competency in Project Management and Organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and staff
  • Master's degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Experience in an educational or corporate setting is a plus
