Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with Payomatix's vision and business objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end talent acquisition to attract top fintech and tech talent.
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and growth through innovative HR practices.
  • Oversee performance management, L&D &, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Build a strong organizational culture that supports innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, HR policies, and industry standards.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as an HR Head/HR Manager, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or fastest-growing tech companies.
  • Strong expertise in talent management, organizational development, and people strategy.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
