Key Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and obtain approvals.

· Support recruitment through job portals, campus drives, and social media outreach.

· Draft and publish job descriptions across relevant platforms.

· Assist in the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit formalities.

· Organize HR meetings, interviews, and company events.

· Conduct new hire onboarding and orientation sessions.

· Maintain accurate digital and physical employee records.

· Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and festive celebrations.

· Manage daily HR operations, including attendance and leave tracking.

· Provide administrative support for general office tasks.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources.

· –2 years of experience in an HR role.

· Familiarity with MS Office tools.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

· Proactive, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
