Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Noida. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring the efficient operation of HR functions. Daily tasks will include recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
  • Experience in managing HR Operations and Employee Relations
  • Knowledge of HR Policies and their implementation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role or environment is a plus
