Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in HR operations. The ideal candidate must hold an MBA in Human Resources and be based in Noida or Delhi NCR. You will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes – sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction processes for new hires
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication
  • Coordinate training and development programs
  • Assist in payroll inputs and statutory compliance documentation
  • Address employee queries and support grievance redressal
  • Prepare HR reports, MIS, and dashboards as required

Key Requirements:

  • MBA in HR from a recognized institute (mandatory)
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in core HR functions
  • Good understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with maturity
  • Must be currently residing in Noida or Delhi NCR

Preferred Skills:

  • Exposure to HRMS tools or recruitment portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed etc.)
  • Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
