Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive
Human Resources Executive
to join our team. This role involves handling day-to-day HR operations, overseeing end-to-end recruitment, supporting employee engagement, and ensuring a healthy workplace culture. You will play a key role in aligning our people strategy with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
  • Create and post job descriptions across platforms
  • Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
  • Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain candidate records
  • Communicate offers and manage negotiation processes
  • Provide regular reports on hiring metrics

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in Human Resources operations and end-to-end recruitment
  • Strong understanding of HR policies and employee relations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively on-site and collaborate with a diverse workforce
  • Prior experience in manufacturing or the renewable energy sector is a plus
