Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new international business opportunities across
regulated and semi-regulated markets
. - Build and strengthen relationships with
distributors, importers, and contract manufacturing partners
worldwide. - Manage the entire
business development cycle
– from market research and lead generation to deal closure and post-sale support. - Coordinate with internal teams (Regulatory, Production, QA/QC, and Supply Chain) to ensure smooth execution of export orders.
- Participate in
international exhibitions, trade fairs, and tender submissions
to promote Supermax's product range. - Prepare and negotiate
business proposals, pricing, and commercial terms
with overseas clients. - Ensure compliance with
international regulatory requirements
and documentation for registration dossiers. - Monitor competitor activity and market trends to drive strategic growth.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate/Postgraduate in
Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business Administration, or related field
. - Minimum
15 years of experience
in
international business development, exports, or contract manufacturing
in the pharmaceutical sector. - Proven track record of establishing and managing international markets (Africa, Latin America, CIS, or South East Asia preferred).
- Excellent understanding of
pharma export regulations and dossier requirements
. - Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.
