Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our gym equipment sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B and B2C sales, particularly in fitness or wellness-related products. This role involves managing the sales pipeline, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in gyms, fitness centers, hotels, corporates, and home users.
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and partners.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and consultations with prospective clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform strategic decisions.
- Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and after-sales teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the brand and products.
- Ensure CRM and customer records are accurately maintained and updated.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in fitness, wellness, or equipment sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
- Ability to travel as required.

Pay: ₹16, ₹50,000.00 per month
