**About the Role**:
A Sales Executive in the Muroor Agro Pvt Ltd Business plays a pivotal role in promoting and selling agricultural products to various businesses. This position requires a deep understanding of agricultural practices, market trends, and customer needs.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Market Research**:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers, analyze competitor activities, and understand market trends.
- Gather information on agricultural practices, crop patterns, and regional specificities.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, agricultural cooperatives, and other key stakeholders.
- Understand customer needs, preferences, and challenges.
- Provide timely and effective customer support.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Develop a deep understanding of the agricultural products or services being sold.
- Communicate product information effectively to customers.
- **Sales Presentations**:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential customers.
- Highlight the benefits and value proposition of the products or services.
- Address customer concerns and objections.
- **Sales Forecasting**:
- Develop and track sales forecasts to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- **Negotiation**:
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers to close deals.
- Ensure that sales agreements are mutually beneficial.
- **Sales Pipeline Management**:
- Manage the sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and closing rates.
- Prioritize leads and follow up with potential customers.
- **Customer Service**:
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and post-sale.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in relevant field.
- Strong understanding of agricultural practices, market trends, and customer needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
