Job Overview
Hey Concrete is seeking an experienced and driven Territory Sales Manager to lead the expansion of our products into markets. This role is crucial for manager and growing our sales, establishing efficient systems. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales with a passion for identifying new market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:1. Dealer Management
o Oversee and support all dealer operations within the region, ensuring they meet sales targets and follow Hey Concrete's guidelines.
o Monitor and improve lead follow-up processes across dealers to maximize conversion rates.
o Provide dealers with product updates, promotional materials, and necessary training to enhance their product knowledge and sales efficiency.
2. Sales and Lead Follow-Up System
o Implement and enforce a lead follow-up system in coordination with dealers to categorize leads, track follow-ups, and drive conversion.
o Analyze sales data and lead tracking metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
o Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to streamline lead handling and address potential obstacles in the sales process.
3. Architect and Interior Designer Engagement
o Build and nurture relationships with key architects and interior designers across the region to create awareness of Hey Concretes offerings and drive sales.
o Organize and conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and events to promote Hey Concretes product range.
o Act as a brand ambassador, representing Hey Concretes vision and values in all external communications.
4. Sales Strategy and Performance Reporting
o Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the regions unique market needs and opportunities.
o Monitor sales performance, generate regular reports, and present insights and recommendations to the Sales Head.
o Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform product development and marketing initiatives.
5. Customer and After-Sales Support
o Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by supporting dealers in resolving customer issues and addressing after-sales inquiries.
o Collect and analyze customer feedback to contribute to continuous improvement in product and service quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the building materials, surfaces, or interior design industries.
- Proven track record of managing dealer networks and driving sales growth through strategic partnerships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the region.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Achievement of regional sales targets.
- Dealer satisfaction and compliance with Hey Concretes lead follow-up processes.
