We Are Hiring — Area Sales Manager

Location: Chandigarh

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow sales within assigned territory.
  • Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, architects and contractors.
  • Handle dealer network, pricing, and payment collections.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand product reach.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor mapping.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for timely dispatch and order processing.
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 2–5 years experience in plywood, laminates, hardware, building material, or construction industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Knowledge of local market, dealer handling, and field sales.
  • Basic MS Excel and reporting skills.
  • Must be willing to travel across territory.

Qualification:

  • Graduate preferred (Any stream).
  • MBA in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
