Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Chandigarh. The Area Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, manage and lead a sales team, develop strategies to increase market penetration, and maintain strong relationships with merchants. The role involves achieving sales targets, analyzing sales data, and generating reports. Additionally, the manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales management, team leadership, and meeting targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and create reports
- Proficiency in developing sales strategies and business planning
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- Experience in the financial services or fintech industry is a plus
- Ability to work on-site in Chandigarh
