Job Summary Salary Range: 3.6 LPA to 4.8 LPA. Location: C-396, Vyapar Kendra Rd, Block C, Sushant Lok Phase I, Sector 43, Gurugram, Haryana Years of Experience Required: 1-4 years Notice Period: Immediate joiners (Max NP 15 days) Mode of interview: F2F
Responsibilities
- Create and manage onboarding campaigns and journeys for new users
- Outbound calling process
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and handle concerns through calls
- Deliver training and support to new users
- Monitor user engagement and satisfaction, making adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet user needs
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and customers
- Identify new business opportunities and upsell to existing clients
- Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities
