Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Executive, based in Gurugram. The Customer Support Executive will handle customer inquiries, provide prompt resolutions, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and assist customers via online and other communication channels. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring efficient service delivery, and maintaining professional interactions with customers.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction
- Proficiency in handling Online Support and delivering solutions through various digital platforms
- Experience in Technical Support with problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay composed under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Working knowledge of CRM tools and customer service management software is a plus
- Previous experience in a similar role or a relevant field is an advantage
