About the Role

KwikMedi is looking for a customer-focused and empathetic
Customer Support Executive
who can ensure a seamless experience for users. You will be the first point of contact for customer queries, concerns, and feedback.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, chats, and messages from customers
  • Assist users with placing orders, tracking deliveries, and resolving issues
  • Coordinate with operations and delivery teams to address customer concerns
  • Respond to pharmacy partners for support or order-related queries
  • Maintain customer records and update CRM systems
  • Ensure quick response time and high customer satisfaction
  • Gather customer feedback to help improve product and services
  • Escalate critical issues to the concerned department

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of customer support experience (healthcare/e-commerce preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple queries
  • Strong customer-first mindset
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools
