Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Customer Support Executive. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves resolving customer complaints, guiding customers through software navigation, and maintaining comprehensive documentation of all customer interactions. Additionally, it includes collaborating with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of software navigation and ability to guide customers effectively
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is beneficial
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
