Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

The company is seeking a Customer Support Executive - Telugu Language to join our growing team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in customer service, tele-calling, or client handling, with fluency in Telugu language. This role involves managing customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through calls and digital communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with Telugu-speaking customers.
  • Resolve customer queries related to products and services efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
  • Provide prompt solutions and escalate complex issues when required.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
  • Coordinate with the internal teams to improve service quality.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Fluency in Telugu language is mandatory.
  • 1–5 years of experience in Customer Support / BPO / Tele-calling / Client Servicing.
  • Must be currently residing in Delhi NCR or Gurugram (Face-to-Face interview only).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to handle pressure and deliver excellent service.
