Job Description:

We are looking for Customer Support Executives proficient in Tamil and Malayalam to handle customer queries, provide product/service information, and resolve issues efficiently. The role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Tamil and Malayalam.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues within defined timelines.
  • Maintain customer records by updating details in the system.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional and empathetic support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Meet performance targets such as call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction scores.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Graduate (any stream).
  • Languages: Fluency in Tamil and Malayalam (speaking & understanding).
  • Experience: Prior experience in customer service/voice process will be an added advantage (Freshers can also apply).

Skills Required:

  • Good verbal communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
  • Problem-solving ability and patience while handling customers.
