Job Description:
We are looking for Customer Support Executives proficient in Tamil and Malayalam to handle customer queries, provide product/service information, and resolve issues efficiently. The role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a customer-first attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Tamil and Malayalam.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues within defined timelines.
- Maintain customer records by updating details in the system.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional and empathetic support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Meet performance targets such as call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction scores.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Graduate (any stream).
- Languages: Fluency in Tamil and Malayalam (speaking & understanding).
- Experience: Prior experience in customer service/voice process will be an added advantage (Freshers can also apply).
Skills Required:
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Problem-solving ability and patience while handling customers.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: 2.55 to 3.5 LPA + Performance Incentives.
