Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Inside Sales Manager located in Noida. The Senior Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for driving inside sales results by engaging with leads, managing accounts, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include lead generation, account management, and guiding the sales team to achieve targets. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring sales metrics, and continuously improving performance to meet business objectives.
Qualifications
Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Account Management
Proven track record of achieving Sales targets
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Leadership abilities for guiding and coaching sales teams
Ability to work on-site
Relevant experience in real estate or related industries is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
