Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales,
lead a team, and achieve business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in hardcore
sales and business development, excellent team management skills, and a proven track record of
achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
Drive client acquisition and conversion to meet revenue targets.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of minimum 3 members to ensure achievement of individual
and team goals.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
Handle client inquiries and provide solutions to ensure maximum satisfaction.
Monitor team performance, provide training, and resolve queries effectively.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Track market trends, competition, and provide inputs for business expansion.
Prepare and present sales reports to management.
Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
Male or Female, Age up to 40 years.
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in hardcore sales & business development.
Prior experience in handling and leading a sales team (minimum 3 members).
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and team leader with problem-solving skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
