Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development
  • Identify and generate new leads in India, Asia, ROW, and regulated markets.
  • Develop strong relationships with pharmaceutical companies, the primary customer base.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, customer meetings, technical discussions, proposals, and negotiations through to order closing.
  • Explore partnerships, licensing, and collaboration opportunities to expand Newtec's global presence.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Act as the single point of contact for assigned customers, from inquiry to PO to dispatch.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams (production, quality, logistics) to ensure smooth execution of orders.
  • Proactively follow up with customers on forecasts, payments, and feedback to build long-term partnerships.
  • Marketing & Brand Development
  • Drive Newtec's presence in domestic and international exhibitions, conferences, and trade fairs.
  • Develop marketing materials, presentations, and digital outreach to promote the company's offerings.
  • Support thought-leadership initiatives and position Newtec as a credible, innovative player in pharmaceutical packaging.
  • Market Research & Strategy
  • Stay updated on pharmaceutical industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments.
  • Provide insights to management to refine strategy, pricing, and product positioning.
  • Travel
  • Frequent domestic travel across India for customer visits.
  • International travel as required for exhibitions, customer meetings, and market development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70, ₹200,000.00 per month
