Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Manage end-to-end paid media strategy for multiple clients.
  • Monitor key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and create actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and strategy teams.
  • Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Develop and present weekly/monthly campaign reports.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in digital advertising.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience (agency preferred).
  • Proven track record of managing budgets and achieving high ROAS.
  • Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and campaign tracking tools (UTM, GA4).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Bonus Skills (Good to Have):

  • Familiarity with SEMrush, Ahrefs, SimilarWeb, email marketing, marketing automation, funnel building, lead generation, and relevant certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, etc.).
