Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Sales Managers located in Gurugram. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales team, setting sales targets, analyzing market trends, and identifying business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and managing sales teams
  • Proficiency in market analysis, trend assessment, and business opportunity identification
  • Client relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry, particularly in the northern Indian market
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
