Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Gurgaon. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, training and mentoring sales staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
