Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company goals, utilizing platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Create, curate, and manage high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing tools.
  • Manage social media scheduling and publishing through applications like Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Monitor social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activity to inform content strategy.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to improve visibility on search engines and social platforms.
  • Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to assess campaign performance and refine strategies accordingly.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews to foster positive relationships and enhance community engagement.
  • Coordinate with public relations teams to manage branding initiatives and ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including graphic designers, photographers, and e-commerce specialists for integrated marketing efforts.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in social media marketing, digital marketing tools, and industry best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Adobe Creative Cloud applications, Canva or similar graphic design tools.
  • Experience with social media management platforms such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, Google Analytics, web analytics tools, and social listening platforms.
  • Strong understanding of social media advertising including Facebook Advertising campaigns.
  • Excellent content creation skills including writing, editing (proofreading), graphic design, photography, and video editing.
  • Familiarity with branding principles, relationship management techniques, public relations strategies, and e-commerce integration.
  • Ability to analyze data insights to optimize content performance effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives tailored for diverse audiences.
