Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager (freelance or remote) to breathe new life into our social media platforms—primarily Instagram—and help grow our brand presence. This role goes beyond just content creation; you'll be a key player in marketing efforts, partnerships, and potentially cold calling if the role expands full-time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revive and manage our Instagram and other social media accounts with engaging posts, stories, reels, and promotional content.
  • Design attractive posters, reels, product banners, and social media graphics that align with our brand identity.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure visual consistency and appeal across platforms.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
  • Identify and reach out to potential partners and influencers for collaborations.
  • Assist with marketing campaigns, including cold calling and lead generation, if the position evolves into full-time.
  • Manage and update our Shopify website, ensuring product listings and banners are optimized and visually appealing.
  • Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to track progress and inform strategy.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing Instagram and other social media platforms for brands or businesses.
  • Strong graphic design skills; proficiency in creating social media graphics, reels, and banners.
  • Knowledge of Shopify platform management is highly preferred.
  • Basic understanding or willingness to learn marketing strategies, partnerships, and cold calling.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Passion for social media trends, creativity, and brand storytelling.
