Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of social media trends and tools.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Create engaging content tailored to each platform that aligns with our branding and marketing goals.
  • Utilize SEO techniques and keyword research to optimize content for search engines.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities through social listening.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including Facebook Advertising, to increase reach and engagement.
  • Analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and Buffer to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Conduct proofreading to ensure all content is error-free and aligns with brand voice.
  • Engage in public relations efforts to build relationships with influencers and key stakeholders in the industry.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, e-commerce developments, and video editing techniques.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Proficiency in content creation, graphic design, and video editing.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Hootsuite for scheduling posts and managing multiple accounts.
  • Experience in web analytics to track performance metrics effectively.
  • Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage audiences authentically.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
