Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage with our audience, and drive traffic to our e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, excellent communication skills, and a passion for storytelling through social media.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities.
  • Utilize tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer to schedule posts and analyze performance metrics.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines.
  • Collaborate with the graphic design team to produce visually appealing content using Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Manage Facebook Advertising campaigns to promote products and drive sales on our e-commerce site.
  • Analyze data using Google Analytics to track website traffic and social media performance; adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Proofread all content before publication to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.

Skills

  • Proficient in digital marketing strategies with a focus on e-commerce.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO principles and keyword research techniques.
  • Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design tasks.
  • Familiarity with Facebook Advertising best practices for effective campaign management.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in written communication.
