Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Social Media Strategies:
  • Create and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with Weebscult's brand identity and business goals.
  • Manage content calendars, ensuring a consistent and engaging online presence across platforms.
  • Content Creation and Curation:
  • Craft compelling, shareable content that resonates with our anime-loving audience, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
  • Curate and share user-generated content, fostering community engagement.
  • Community Engagement:
  • Foster and grow the Weebscult online community by actively engaging with followers on various social media platforms.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and in a brand-appropriate tone.
  • Collaborations and Partnerships:
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers, content creators, and partners within the anime community to amplify Weebscult's online presence.
  • Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships and collaborations.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Monitor social media metrics and analytics to assess the performance of campaigns and content.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to measure the impact of social media efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
  • Stay ahead of social media trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices to keep Weebscult at the forefront of digital marketing.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge and passion for anime and Japanese pop culture.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools and video editing software.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
  • Experience in community management and engagement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Creativity, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach to social media management.
