We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence, running ad campaigns, creating engaging content, and collaborating with the marketing team to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage social media content across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
  • Run and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
  • Design posts and visuals using Photoshop and Canva
  • Write engaging social media content and captions
  • Edit videos for reels, stories, and ad campaigns
  • Analyze social media performance and prepare monthly reports
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign ideas and promotions
  • Provide instant solutions to social media or marketing-related issues

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both spoken & written)
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Canva, and MS Office
  • Good understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Basic to medium-level video editing skills
  • Strong graphic design sense and creativity
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • Ability to work in alternate day/night shifts
  • Work From Home flexibility

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
