Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Gurugram. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include generating leads, conducting market research, developing sales strategies, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. The role requires coordinating with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction and maintaining updated knowledge of industry trends and products.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management and developing client relationships
  • Ability to conduct market research and devise sales strategies
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
  • Experience in the machine tool industry is a plus
