Role and Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and current customers.
  • Educate customers on company's services
  • IT product and services sale to customer
  • Build and maintain customer relationships
  • Negotiate pricing for customers
  • Ask questions to qualify additional leads for sales team
  • Work with internal teams to answer specific customer questions
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential prospects to work them into a qualified lead
  • Sales planning and status meetings
