We are looking for passionate and detail-oriented interns to join our team in
HR and Sales
. This internship is ideal for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in people management, recruitment, client interaction, and business development, while supporting day-to-day organizational tasks. If you're enthusiastic about communication, relationship building, and learning core HR and Sales operations in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews

Support onboarding, induction, and employee engagement initiatives

Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR documentation

Help organize training sessions and internal engagement activities

Contribute to sales activities including lead generation, outreach, and client follow-ups

Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client communication materials

Collaborate with HR and Sales teams on process improvement and research in industry best practices

Requirements:

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Enthusiastic to learn and contribute in a collaborative team environment

Interest in both HR processes and sales/business development activities
